BHA Strategy Strengthens Public Affairs and Communications Teams with Senior Hires

Nashville, Tenn. - BHA Strategy, a leading Tennessee-based public affairs and strategic communications firm, has announced the addition of two senior leaders: Sarah Stockton as Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications and Grant Minchew as Vice President of Government Relations.

Stockton brings more than a decade of experience leading communications strategy in both the public and private sectors, including serving as Communications Director for the Tennessee Department of Health and the Division of TennCare. At BHA Strategy, she will lead strategic communications initiatives for clients across industries, specializing in media relations, crisis communications, and message development.

Minchew joins the firm after serving as Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the State of Tennessee, where he advanced key operational priorities and helped shape the state’s approach to emerging technologies through his work on the Tennessee Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council. He previously served as Director of Legislation for the Department of Economic and Community Development, where he helped advance policies that supported business growth and job creation statewide.
