Seasoned Public Affairs Leader Joins Nashville's BHA Strategy as Partner

Nashville, Tenn. - Today, BHA Strategy, Tennessee’s leading public affairs firm, announced the addition of Nicole Watson as Partner. Based in Nashville and Chattanooga, Watson brings more than 20 years of government relations and public affairs experience to the firm.

Watson most recently served as a Public Policy & Regulatory Partner at Holland & Knight LLP, where for more than seven years she was responsible for client relations related to state and local public affairs. In that role, she advised clients as an attorney and government relations professional, helping navigate complex legislative and regulatory landscapes.

A graduate of Regent University School of Law, Watson has been recognized as one of Chattanooga’s “20 Under 40” and has built her career on trusted advocacy, strategic counsel, and results-driven leadership.

At BHA Strategy, Watson will lead the firm’s multi-state government affairs efforts, expanding its reach and strengthening its ability to deliver results for clients across the nation.
